Who can use Early Bridge Academy

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to create a parent account. You may create child profiles for children in your care.

Founding Families beta

During our launch beta, every signed-in family gets full Premium access at no charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; Founding Families will receive at least 60 days' written notice and a permanent loyalty discount.

What you can expect from us

• We work to keep the service running, lessons safe and age-appropriate, and AI responses respectful.
• We use modern security practices and never sell your data.
• We will respond to support requests within 7 days.

What we expect from you

• Use the service to teach and delight children in your care.
• Do not attempt to break, abuse, or scrape the service.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that you don't have rights to.

AI-generated content

Lessons, narrations, illustrations, and chat replies are generated by AI models. We design carefully and review actively, but AI output can occasionally be wrong or imperfect. Treat lessons as a starting point for family learning, not as professional educational, medical, or legal advice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (which, during Founding Families beta, is $0).
